We appreciate you, our international customers, and we’re thrilled to ship our products around the world! That said, due to the complexities of cross-border shipping, all international sales are final.

In order to keep pricing fair and manage international shipping, customs, and logistics costs we keep our sales processes as simple as possible.  With that in mind, please double-check product details, sizing, and shipping rates before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Most products are shipped from our U.S. warehouses within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted) depending on availability and time the order was placed. If an out of stock situation occurs, we will contact you to see if you want to "backorder" the item and wait for it to become available.

You will receive an email confirmation when your items are shipped. Please provide a correct email address with your order.

We take your privacy very seriously. Any personal information you provide to Gearcor via the internet or through any other medium is for the exclusive use of Gearcor in order for us to fulfill your order and provide related customer services.

We may collect the following personal information:

• Name of purchaser and relation to purchasing company
• Shipping and billing addresses
• E-mail addresses and phone numbers
• Payment information (processed in an encrypted manner by third-party credit processors)

We may also collect non-personal information:

• IP address
• Type of device used to access the Gearcor site
• Internet browser used
• Browsing behavior while on GME sites

We use the personal and non-personal information for multiple purposes

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Provide related customer service
• Send order confirmations and shipping updates
• Prevent fraud and ensure data security
• Personalize the shopping experience and provide future promotions

We will not sell this data or otherwise make it available to anyone outside of Gearcor other than:

• Providing the name and delivery address to our shipping agents and vendors that ship on our behalf.
• Transmitting encrypted payment information through credit processing companies.
• To comply with applicable law or court order.
• As we deem necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Gearcor, Inc., our customers, our associates or others to prevent harm or loss, or in connection with an investigation of unlawful activity.

Gearcor does not retain credit card information. We maintain a database of customer's email addresses who opt-in to receive occasional announcements of new products, sales and services offered by Gearcor via e-mail. We utilize a third party service provider to facilitate the storage and delivery of this data.  We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

When accessing our websites from outside of your home country, your data may be processed in or transferred to countries that may have different data protection laws than your own. By using our services, you agree to this transfer in accordance with this policy.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Cookies are used on our website to keep track of your shopping cart and the items that are purchased. We also use cookies to track customer navigation on our website which helps us streamline the product selection and checkout process.  You can adjust your browser settings to disable cookies at any time. However, this may affect your browsing experience.

Gearcor provides online ordering through secure networks. All online transactions with Gearcor are handled with SSL and 2048-bit encryption keys. We do not use open source SSL (OpenSSL). Our checkout page will be titled in the URL address with https, which indicates the page is secure.

When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and securely and confidentially processed through secure credit card processing networks. Your credit card number is never transmitted by email or any unencrypted format.

Gearcor, Inc. does not retain credit card information in our files. In fact, we never have access to your complete credit card number.

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are in addition to the item price and shipping cost.  All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are advised to check with their country’s customs office for more information about potential charges before placing an order.

During the course of business Gearcor, in agreement with the Client,  may produce garments embellished with Client’s logo or other custom branding. Gearcor may, with Client approval, maintain an inventory of dedicated customized apparel.

If the Client changes its logo and requires an immediate branding change thereby rendering the Customized apparel obsolete, Client agrees to buyback in total the customized apparel held in inventory by Gearcor or custom inventory in the process of manufacture, for which Gearcor has contracted production.

In the event of written termination of client and Gearcor’s relationship, or if customized apparel goes unpurchased for 3 months or more, Client agrees to purchase and take possession of all remaining custom apparel within 30 days. Gearcor will provide an inventory list of all customized apparel requiring customer purchase.

Products purchased through a Gearcor Private Company Marketplace may be subject to price changes. Client will be notified of any such price changes.
